Communication with the owner was perfect! She is a very kind and careful person! The quality of everything inside the location is synced with the pricing. It has most of the necessary things for a good vacation. Location is a very big plus for this place taking into consideration the pricing! Literally in 1 minute walk you are on the center street or on the beach! The water source from the yard is also a plus. The rooms are placed very well against the sun and in addition there are also sun protections that can be easily adjusted. The rooms on the ground floor allow you to socialize with the neighbors, nice thing! Regards to the owner! The location is perfect, it is walking distance from everything. The room was clean and as advertised. We had a lovely time and would definitely go back.

The room was very spacious and clean, a small kitchen with everything needed. Also a small balcony and everything in short walking distance. Close to the beach, bakery, supermarket, stores and all what is necessary for a nice holiday. Even if it was very centrally located, the nights were quiet with no noise at all.

It was very clean and the staff was so kind. The location is 1min of the perfect center of Asprovalta.

The studios are located on a quiet street 1 min walk from to the centre where most restaurants are and to the central beach. There is a small courtyard where children can play. The street in front is not busy The rooms were recently renovater. The hosts are great
