The apartment is completely new, clean and comfortable. Local drink raki, refreshments, coffee and sweets were waiting for us in the dining room. Check in is realy easy and fast. Eftichia is such a kind host. She allowed us to check in a few hours earlier than prescribed. We have really enjoyed our stay at Eva Cozy Apartment.
A familary place. We like the walk to Nea Chora. It is not so close, 15 min walk, but we chose this because we wanted an apartment this time and not hotel.
Also good with washing mashine, stove, fridge. The surrondings were quiet, that was good. A good stay if we sum it up
Modern and well-designed, with space efficiently utilized. Everything was exceptionally clean.
Eva’s apartment is a cozy and well thought-through space. It is not big but has everything that you may need for a short or long stay in Chania (we stayed 6 nights). It is very well equipped, has all the kitchen utensils, big fridge, washing machine and plenty of storage room to keep your clothes and other stuff.
Everything in the apartment feels brand new and pretty (exactly like in the photos). The neighbourhood is calm and there are two nice beaches nearby (especially the Golden Beach which is one of the most beautiful beaches in the region). There is No problem with parking as there is much space on the street and it is free! The last but not the least the owners are incredibly helpful and were responding to every question or request in seconds.
We felt great at this apartment. Easy to check in and in a quiet area. The apartment is small but cozy and the host sent us the information for the check in prior a day. We had water and juice inside the fridge.
