Large, comfortable area. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioner was great. Close to the beach and easy to walk to any restaurants and shops. Parking was tight at night but much easier here than in old town. Love the back porch with lots of space to dry our machine washed clothes.

Loved absolutely everything. Great location. Good price. Very nice host. Very clean and spacious. No complaints.

The house is located in Koum Kapi, a neighbourhood adjacent to the city of Chania. We spent 3 days/2 nights and walked to the city every time. It was a pleasant 10-minute walk and an opportunity to see the surrounding areas. The house is modern, comfortable, has all amenities and street parking. It is just a few metres away from Koum Kapi beach so you can swim in the area even if you don't have a car. The hosts were warm and welcoming, and easy to reach. Overall, we will gladly stay at Evans House next time we are in Chania.

Very clean place, love the decor and the style. The terrace is awesome. The owner and the caretaker and very accommodating. Definitely worth it.
