The unit also features a kitchenette equipped with a medium-sized sauce pan and frying pan, allowing for the cooking of simple meals.

Attentive host, too, who was very proactive about addressing the only small problem we encountered during it stay (which isn’t worth mentioning because it was strictly situational and nothing to do with the apartment).

Delightfully close to the waterfront, too (10 minute leisurely stroll, straight down the road).

The apartment is on the ground floor and near to everything one needs. Restaurants, bus stop( 5 mins into the centre) and of course, the sea. Parking is easy. We have stayed here 3 times and love it.

This wonderful place exceeded all my expectations for comfort, I was completely satisfied!(happy)(heart)

We have stayed at this apartment before, the location is good for transport to town (bus stop on corner), not far to coffee bars or restaurants and a quiet area.

Очень уютная квартирка на первом этаже. Удачное расположение - остановка автобуса за углом, в центр города можно доехать быстро. Пляж тоже близко и он очень чистый. Все рестораны на набережной в шаговой доступности, рядом также пекарня, кофейня, аптека. Сама улица тихая. Это очень удобно.

Сами апартаменты тоже хорошие. Все, что нужно, все там есть. Телевизор, холодильник, кондиционер, стиральная машинка - все работало без нареканий. Вай фай быстрый.

А главное - очень хорошие и отзывчивые хозяева, приятно было пообщаться. Видно было, что любую проблему решат быстро (но проблем у нас и не было))). Так что большое спасибо им за гостеприимство, в следующий раз снова там остановимся, если приедем в Каламату.
