This hotel is run by a local family with a warm heart. They were dedicated to address every request we had.

As religious Jewish we had special requests which they did not hesitate to fulfill.

Staff was very kind and helpful. Great parking available.

First of all, the atmosphere in the hotel itself is something special. So much effort was put into every detail during the construction... the hosts of the hotel are extremely pleasant and helpful. The breakfast is excellent and tasty. The mattresses on the beds are excellent for a good night's sleep. Parking in front of the hotel is also good. All in all, I regret staying only one night. The hotel and Metsovo are highly recommended for stays of more than one night. And let me not forget... on departure we received a gift from the hotel host as a sign of attention, which only contributed to the overall excellent impression of this hotel.

The owner was super sweet and nice! We had a great time and the view was amazing! Its a family business and it was very comfortable and nice to stay there. The beds were very comfortable and the owner did everything he could to make us feel nice and welcome and help us in everything we needed.
