Very charming. Breathtaking views of the caldera. Nice and tasteful breakfast. Friendly staff.
Stunning view to the caldera. Very nice and attentive staff, mainly Salome taking a lot of time to explain in detail everything. Nice and clean rooms. The restaurant was excellent!
The staff was very attentive, friendly, welcoming, everyone kept a smile, and the views were stunning.
We unfortunately only had the pleasure of staying one night ar this lovely hotel but was very impressed in all aspects. Clean with the most amazing views and a breakfast that had a wide variety of fruits, bread, cakes, eggs etc. The staff was very kind and helped carry our bags and my husband loved the jacuzzi and the ease of ordering cocktails to our room while enjoying it. Food at the restaurant was also good while enjoying some more amazing views.
I can highly recommend this lovely hotel!!
The staff was very helpful, friendly, and hard working. The room was perfect with a the view and the hot tub. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. We used the pool and bar a lot and enjoyed spending time here. The hotel is in a perfect location on the walking trail and it was not a long drive to anywhere else you need to go.
