everything was perfect. plenty of space for a group of 4 like us. everything was in the house, like iron, hairdryer, washing machine with pods, etc. and of course, a cold welcoming bottle of wine with some snacks. this made our stay very easy

The house was spacious, exactly the same as shown in the pictures and as described, perfect for a family stay. Neighbourhood was summer houses of locals, kids enjoying the pool. House amenities and culinary were adequate. Welcoming bottle of wine in the fridge, snacks, bottles of water and coffee capsules for nespresso machine were kind gestures indeed. I would definitely recommend this house and the very attentive host.

This apartment is very spacious, very clean and modern. It is part of a very new buildings which is situated 2 minutes away from the beach. The access to the beach is easy and the beach itself is ok, with nice sand and very clean water. Appartman have a large swimming pool in the yard, with warm, clean water. A poolside shower is available. On the beach you have your own large umbrella and beach chairs. Extremely quiet part of the city, you can't hear anything at night. Pleasant neighborhood. 2 minutes by car from the center of the village and restaurants. The apartment is very large, modern with everything you need during your stay. 2 air conditioners, espresso machine, 3 balconies, excellent WiFi.... Thanks to the host for the welcome gift, very nice of them. We will certainly recommend this accommodation to our friends and return to it if we come to Gerakini again.

Добротная и просторная квартира с хорошей мебелью, особенно в гостиной. До пляжа 30 метров, даже вид на море частичный есть. Тихий комплекс и приватный пляж. Все заявленное присутствует.

Тихо и спокойно място. Има собствено място за паркиране. Много близо до морето, буквално на 50-100 метра се намира плажната ивица, има поставен чадър на плажа и столчета за ползване на плажа. Мого добре оборудван и подържан имот. Адмирации за поадръците за добре дошли. За желаещите спокойствие е точното място, заведения и обслужване на плажа има в слизките заливи но не сме ги ползвали.
