We loved our stay in Batsi. Seems to be a little hidden treasure. The hotel was within walking distance to everything. They were gavibf difficulty with their credit card machine so we had to pay cash. They were very generous and extended our checkout until 2pm.

Close to everything, Maistrali are two nice looking traditionally rendered blocks of budget studios, located in a quiet dead end laneway back two streets from the beach front. It's a great place as you can pop back to your studio to have a snack or a nap, then return refreshed to the beach or one of the lovely shops or to the many places to eat. The communal grassed area is well kept, with a shaded outdoor seating area, good location to watch children playing. Our studio had views towards the water and hillside, was tidy and clean, had a good size fridge, functional bathroom and air-conditioner to budget standard. Were able to sleep often without air conditioning at night as the valley has a natural cool breeze this time of year. Perfect.

We liked the size of the studio, the location, the balcony, the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The sheets and towels were changed every two days. The location was excellent.

Maistrali is in a great position for reaching either end of the bay and a couple of minutes stroll to the beach. Pretty garden. Our studio was spacious with a big balcony. Lots of power sockets! All we needed was a kettle so we were set. Bed was firm but comfortable. Fresh towels supplied 3 times over a 4 night stay. Nice and clean. Breakfast was simple but with sone variations day to day. Loved the mixed salad and mixed fresh fruit. Hosts and the breakfast/room lady were all lovely.
