Featuring a pool and baby pool, Matthias Hotel Apartments is 3 miles east of Rethymnon, only 100 yards from the beach. Facilities include a bar and a breakfast room. All studios and apartments come with a TV, direct dial telephone and kitchenette with fridge and coffee maker. Guests have free access to the umbrellas, lounge chairs and shower rooms by the swimming pool. The bar serves drinks, coffee and snacks throughout the day. Free Wi-Fi is available in the entire property, and there is free parking on site. In the resort area you will find supermarkets, souvenir shops, bars and restaurants.

Pool is so good and the room was really spacious.
We really liked our stat at the hotel.
Location near the sea, to Rethymno, and to Monastery Akadia, a beautiful place.
Breakfast was very good for 8 E each. Hostess at hotel speaks very good English!!
Reasonable price!
Very friendly owners and staff. The location is great - close to the couple of beaches, restaurants, shops and bus stops. The apartment was very spacious and clean. Pool area is very nice and was not very busy, we had the pool for ourselves multiple times. We had a good time and would definitely recommend for a stay!
Even though the main road was on the backside of the hotel, it was very quiet in the room.

Apartments are very clean all around. Kitchen area was stocked with everything you could need for your stay. We were left a little welcome basket which was a lovely added extra. Balcony was good sized and very clean and with a place to hang damp clothes. The air conditioning was very good and we even turned it off some nights as it kept us really cool when on. Reception and cleaning staff were very helpful and polite. The hotel was very quiet due to it being at the beginning of the season, we had the pool to ourself. Pool area was very clean with toilets and showers around the area. We didn’t use the pool bar as this wasn’t open during our stay but the supermarket was right next door. The location of the apartments was excellent with a beach just over the road with lovely beach bars. Overall our stay was excellent.
