The hotel is nice and clean. We liked also that the staff was super accommodating. Breakfast is for sure one of the best things!

The staff are very welcoming and helpful it felt more like a family rather than a hotel the manager was going arround and welcoming everyone making sure everyone was happy! The food is really good!
Staff was nice and helpful. When we arrived they provided us a room on a street side and it was too loud and noisy. So we asked to shand to a pool side - so the host was very helpful and arranged the swap. Pools are clean and pool area is cozy. There is a bar that serves and prices are very okay. 2 min walk to the beach and 5 min walk to a little centar with tavernas and shops. We were sattisfied with our stay. Nice that the hotel is rather a small or medium size.
After 10days in Chania old town, we wanted a chilled 5 nights with a pool. Which it delivered, and more. The family that run the hotel are all very warm, welcoming and friendly.
