As the name says, cosy apartment with terrace located on a quiet street very conveniently nearby to a cafe with a nice terrace, small park, bakery and a supermarket. The apartment is clean and has all the necessary facilities.

It is located in a normal area of Athens, close to a tram station (line 6, from Syntagma square to the coast) and a few minutes walk from the metro station. However, it is within walkable distance from many of Athens top attractions.

The communication with the owner was very good.

Very safe around. Economical price and the host is super friendly. Cozy and clean. Highly recommend!!

The home was so perfect for our stay. It had everything we could have possibly needed. We loved all of the little touches, like pantry staples, coffee, tea, cold water, body wash, laundry tablets etc. It was super equipped.

It was big and spaceous, good ac, clean bathroom, well equipped kitchen and good all around.

Apartment was so nice and clean. Two balconys and lots of room for one. Kitchen was good with all the necessary equipments. I love the area. It's so nice and safe. Metro and tram are close and it's also a short walk to the city. Elevator was good with all the luggages. Everything was perfect.
