The localisation of the place and security of the neighborhood.
Nice, very clean, studio in a very central location.
There's many bars in the area, it might get noisy at night. I visited around the 15th of August where most of the bars were closed, so it was quiet.
The apartment is very close to everything, it is small and cosy and it was clean. There is a cooker and fridge. Natalia was an amazing host with lots of local knowledge and always available to answer questions.
