Simply wonderful! Impeccably clean! Excellent view from the studios and from the pool. The owner, Soulla was there for all our needs and gave us great tips for restaurants and beaches. The village, Perdika is charming and lively, without the crowds of tourists present in other, more known places. Also very close to beautiful beaches.

This was by far the best hotel experience I have even had! The apartment and all the facilities were perfectly clean, spoteless, and the appartment and the facilities exceeded our expectations! It was immaculate, it had a kitchen with all the necessary facilities that were very useful. The bathroom was also very clean, the perfect size with all the toiletries and clean towels provided every day, The balcony has an amazing view and it is also the perfect size. The hotel has a pool downstairs which is big and has a view over the hills and Syvota. Ms Soula was amazing, she was extremely polite, accommodating, responsive and communicative and a really lovely person overall which made our stay at Ninemia even better! She provided suggestions for local beaches and places to visit and she was extremely helpful! It was an amazing stay overall and I will definitely visit again in the future so I totally recommend that you visit Perdika to stay at this place!

You can call this place an excellent holiday home for couples and families with kids. Breathtaking vies, one of the most amazing vie in the area. Top Cleaning Services, never had such a cleaned property on the day to day basis during any other holiday. Dedicated host and staff where you could feel and see a real team work to make guests feel best way comfortable and relaxed prior to check in, during the stay and check out. There could be a lot more to say about this amazing Residence but I conclude by recommending to every one who want to enjoy the best stay in the area where you could have all in one place: sea, Mountain, Parga 18 minutes, Sivota15 minutes, and Perdika in the doorstep offering all you need for your holidays.

The room was exactly what you see in the pictures, there's no even a small discrepancy.
