Beautiful views, close to the climbing, quiet and simple

The view is magnificent and the owner is very very nice

Super friendly and very helpful host. Amazing view , just eating breakfast on the porch and enjoying the peaceful view is worth a visit. Bit on the outside and more on the quiet side of the island, lots of good crags to climb nearby.

We stayed for 3 nights and we really enjoyed the place. It was a spacious, very clean studio, well equipped, with a beautiful veranda and really perfect, unobstructed views to the sea and Telendos. It was a real pleasure to have your meals or an evening aperitif, enjoying the calmness and beauty of nature! The location was perfect ( as long as you have some mean of transportation), quiet (only two studios and the owners who live above, but they are really discrete), away of Massouri mass tourism and ideal to explore the north part of the island, like the scenic Emporio , Palionissos and Arginounta , with great beaches to enjoy swimming and eating in excellent restaurants. Overall, we had perfect time in our stay at Niotis studios and we would certainly like ke to stay here again!

Nice place with amazing view and at a very reasonable price. The owners are also very nice.
