The view is really very beautiful. The sleeping couch is comfortable, making the apartment a great place for two people who prefer to sleep in separate rooms or a party of three. The neighborhood is rather quiet.
Nice view, quiet area, very good parking spot for the car, comfortable beds, roomy, great balcony.
Excelent for a family.
I did not have a car. Everything from coffee to groceries to a swim in the ocean is walking distance.
Historic sites and homes can be seen in the neighborhood.
Young people walk to Oxo Nu Studio and have a drink while watching the sunset or to have a swim right there. If you walk further in either direction along the water for fresh seafood. Xenia Center is a short ride by bus.
The washing machine is very convenient.
A view to the see from the balcony is very calming to the weary travelor.
