They are very professional. A true five star hotel. Amazing amenities 5min from branco and 5min from nammos. Ideal location.
The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are gorgeous. But Palladium is more than that. Their employees really make you feel welcomed. The go above beyond to make sure your are enjoying your stay.

It was beautiful! Good location and the breakfast in the morning was so good. Also love the pool!
The staff are so so friendly and accommodating. They welcomed us so nicely. Check in was smooth. Rooms were lovely and comfortable. Great breakfast selection. The hotel also had its own private transfer service which made it easier for our group of 8 to travel altogether in one taxi to places.
Absolutely LOVED my stay at the hotel! The complimentary transfers from/to the port were on time and comfortable. The property was very nice. The staff were extremely kind and sweet! The room was beautiful and well maintained. The breakfast is delicious. The bus stop right in front of the hotel made getting into town extremely easy. I can’t say enough about this property. It was an amazing stay!
