A lot of greenery in the garden. Some rooms have sea view. Friendly host, quick check-in. The ambience of coziness and holiday. Absolutely recommend for this price. The location is great! Big grocery store is with a 5min walk. Same about all the town centre attractions. At the same time, the property is on a quiet street and it’s not noisy. We loved the place and will definitely come back.

Everything was perfect, thank you! Very close to the beach, the center and the supermarket. Clean and comfortable room with all you need for a pleasant vacation.

Location is very good. Terrace was nice. Parking for the vehicle was good. Beds are ok. Cleanliness is good, cleaning completely the apartment every third day. Kitchen was ok. Shops and restaurants are nearby. The beach is very near, maybe 5 minutes walking and you are there.

+the host is very friendly and helpful - when she welcomed us "whatever you see here is yours!" , I knew it can only be a great stay @Panorama +the location was great ! far from the central noise but in the same time close to the city taverns and shops +the Masoutis shop very close(2 mins walking) +the beach very close via the stairs shortcut(~5mins walking) +free parking inside the property(very rare to find in Kallithea) +a lot of amenities around the property , like places to hang out or take breakfast/dinner, bbq, the yard nicely decorated with palms and flowers +the studio was very clean and the towels were changed every day +the kitchenette had everything you needed to prepare a meal, from pots, plates, cutlery +the balcony was very spacious +the room was spacious enough even for 3 beds +the yard in front of the balconies have been paved +AC needed only to cool a bit the air inside, otherwise you could easily live without it +we stayed on the 1st floor
