Everything is amazing. The room is renovated, beautiful, clean, modern. The location is great as it takes only about 10 minutes to reach the center of Matala on foot. Overall, Matala has a pleasant atmosphere and it is a must visit in Crete. Also, the owner is very friendly, attentive and kind.

This is an incredible value for the comfort, cleanliness, and spaciousness of the rooms. The location is very quiet, perfect for those who want to avoid late-night noise from the village, but it is a very easy (and flat) walk to the beach and all other local amenities. Everything in our room was newly renovated and immaculately kept, and we appreciated the warm hospitality of our hosts. I will certainly stay here every time I come to Matala in the future.

The place is super cute and hosts were lovely! Also a very short walk to the beach.

The owners were adorable and very helpful. The cleaning lady was super nice, the room was big enough for 4 persons, the A/C worked great, it was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel is only 5/6 minutes from the beach so you don't have to take your car and pay 4 euros for parking. It was a very good experience. Thank you!

7 minutes walk from the beach, easy to spot on main road, place to park the car inside property and above all very nice hosts. Thank you!
