Anastasia Complex that was offered as Perla was not available.
The apartment is new, meets the description, decently clean. Front yard is clean and well maintained. The pool is a nice addition if you have kids.

The apartment was new and very clean. The pool was small but enjoyable for the kids. The apartment was very close to restaurants, markets and the beach. We had a very enjoyable family holiday.
