The staff, location, room, breakfast.
All of it was perfect!
The Albania girl at the desk was so kind and thoughtful. As I have a broken knee and she jumped up to help me up the stairs and provided me with Ice for my knee. The male staff were a bit rude, dimissive and never offered any assistance.

I highly recommend this hotel. It is located right by the sea. Some rooms are very lovely and offer a sea view. The sunsets are stunning, with the sky and sunset creating an ineffable display every day. However, the main strength of the hotel is its staff: the managers Nikos and Janis, the lovely girls Gena and Irina, and of course, Violeta. Thank you all for your professionalism and passion for what you do. I will definitely return next year.
Very good soundproofing although it's located in the main street. Great location, max 10 minutes to go anywhere on foot. Helpful stuff, they allowed us to leave our luggage after checkout free of charge. Two balconies in our room (205) one with partial view of the sea and the other overseeing the city and the mountain. Nice shower. Clean bedsheets.
