The hotel was very luxurious and excellent. All the facilities were full. Access to the city center was good and you could quickly find the requested taxi.
This is a beautiful hotel with great food and very nice environment.Nice people. You have lots of things to do like going to the hotel restaurant, swimming pool, spa , gym ..
We had a great time at the hotel. The food was nice, but there could have been more variety. The staff could also have been a bit friendlier; however, Nico quickly made up for this. Nico, the restaurant manager, was exceptionally attentive. He made our stay 100 times better and ensured we were satisfied at all times. He brought us specially made meals from the kitchen and even planned a surprise party for my daughter, complete with a cake. Nico truly is a gentleman and an extremely funny guy. Thank you, Nico, for making our stay amazing! We will definitely be back :)
I liked the bar areas and the restaurants along with the public areas full of nature.
The buffet is amazing!! All-inclusive is worth it!!!
