Great location, just 2 minutes walk from Perissa Beach and the bus station. The place was clean and cleaned every day, good value for my money!

Good location. The owner was very friendly and responsive. Although the property was a bit old and some things broken initially such as the toilet and external lighting, they repaired it quickly so I am okay with that.

Property was close to everything, beach, restaurants, supermarket, souvenir shops, bus stop, laundromat, tour agencies.

The studio is within steps to everything you need in Perissa: the terminal stop of the bus from and to Fira, restaurants, mini supermarket, and the beach. Every morning I was waken up by birds chirping. open the door and there is the big rock at the beach and a glimpse of the sea, just behind the bushes. I loved walking to the beach to watch sunrise. Unlike in Fira or Oia where so many people crowd together for sunset, here it’s just me and occasionally alone or two morning runners passing by. And even if you don’t feel like going to the beach, you could perfectly watch it from your own terrace - as the name suggests! The studio was perfect. David sent greetings before arrival and offered all the helpful information. The cleaning lady was very sweet. The room was just as described, very clean and everything functioning well. I would definitely go back again.

The people were so amazing!! Really extra nice and above/beyond. The bathrooms are amazing. The rentals. Location. Everything is really perfect. The price is unbeatable. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else.
