The apartment is perfect, in a quiet street but close to the city centre. It has wonderful and specious terasse. It feels like home and the bed is really good.

Location is fantastic, close to shops, old town and beach.

The appartment has everything you need and is very clean, comfortable and quiet. Good location close to centre preveza. Nice big balcony with sea view.

Had a lovely few days in this very quiet, clean and comfortable apartment. It is on the third floor with a lift which was so useful with luggage or shopping. Well equipped, good wifi, comfortable bed and plenty of hot water. The shower is a wet room so should you need to use the facilities after someone has had a shower remember to take off your socks!!! The best thing though is the balcony with a sea view. The whole apartment is light and airy but doesn’t get direct sun. Which means it doesn’t get too hot and you can sit out quite comfortably. It is close to shops, beaches and restaurants. We really hope we will return next year.

Awesome location, Kyani Akti beach and the city center of Preveza can be reached with less than 10 minutes walk. Amazing view! After the morning and evening bath I was relaxing on the large balcony with the large eating table and comfy chairs. The stay is equipped with everything you'll need to stay even for longer periods. It's located in a quiet neighborhood. It has mosquito nets and I had the large balcony windows open the whole day. Although I didn't experience particular mosquito problem.
