The location is perfect and the hosts are really nice. The beach is right near the property and it's a pebbles beach. Water shoes help a lot but are not mandatory. The water is perfect, cristal clear. There are sunbeds but you will need your own umbrella. There is easy access on the road to nearby organized beaches by car or some by a 10-20min walk. There is also a paddle boat that the owner let us use for free as much as we wanted. Everything was great and we had a really nice time.
