The stuff was very nice and very welcoming.
The location is perfect and I loved the open bar!
We went in May and it was amazing, Zoran was great, he parked our car right in front in the shade every day. Great food choices. Everything was super clean. All inclusive package is great! Staff is helpful, Nikos bartender is making perfect drinks in the lobby bar. There was no need to leave the hotel. Thank you for great stay!
We like this place so much that we had to stay here again. All staff made us feel at home and as part of the family. The all-inclusive package was great value for money. Loved the onsite free parking. A good out-of-the-way place that was a short drive out of Heraklion. Great pool with heaps of lounges. Two bars manned most of the time and two restaurants with good times for meals. The room was a good size with a lovely shower and a nice balcony to relax in. It was almost off-season so they upgraded us to a new room that was wow. We also discovered a second massively landscaped pool that was very private and had a third bar operating during the day.
Overall experience, proximity to all of crete's experiences, room and pool.
The staff was exceptional, everyone was friendly and helpful.
