THE STAFF RESPOND QUICKLY TO OUR NEEDS. WE HAVE EARLY ARRIVAL AND WE HAVE TO LEAVE OR LUGGAGE IN THE STORAGE UNTIL CHECK IN WAS AVAILABLE. THEY TOOK CARE OF US IN A VERY NICE MANNER. I APPRECIATED.
The room and the staff were amazing! The room was clean, the building and the furniture are new, we were provided with towels, hair drier, iron, soaps, water bottles, coffee, everything we needed. The lady in the reception gave us some great recommendations for places to visit and we are also really thankful for her advice on navigating the island roads. The location was also perfect, near the downtown, walking distance from all shops and restaurants.
We were greeted at check-in by Esmeralda, who is most pleasant and professional. The room is spacious, well thought out with a nice balcony to relax on or enjoy breakfast. Shower was good with mood lighting. Nice to have a coffee machine, kettle and refrigerator, plenty of hanging space.

Esmeralda at the front desk was exceptional. She couldn’t be more helpful.
Great facilities in the room. Very comfortable, nice bed.
