The owners are very friendly and helpful.
The vila was exactly what I was looking for, quiet location, close to the beach and terraces. I loved to see the sunrise from the see directly from the balcony.
The room & bathroom was ok. I guess an additional place to put your stuff is needed, the existing one is too small.
The AC is not blowing freezing air, but for me it was just perfect the way it was.
