Beautiful view to the sea and town, close to the center, very kind owner.

Beautiful views, lovely place to stay. Owner Georgia and her family are so so helpful and lovely. They helped us so much as we had problems with the initial hotel that we’d booked and she was so warm and welcoming. The apartment itself was well looked after and was beautifully clean. The balcony view is incredible too. Could not recommend Yiannis Studios enough

The owner was really friendly! The view from my balcony was amazing. Great for watching the sun set over the sea/mountains. The air flow with both balcony doors open meant I barely needed the air conditioner, which was nice. Walk to a beach is maybe 7 minutes.

I recommend Paralia Mpouka beach though, which you can either quickly drive to or walk through the water from Bouka Beach which is what I did!

Excellent location, amazing sea views and the friendliest owners I have ever met.

Upon arrival we were greeted warmly, given a quick tour of the apartment and had a few landmarks pointed out to us.

As neither of us are early risers, Georgia worked around that and serviced the room later in the day to suit us and asked we WhatsApp her if we needed anything.

The room was spacious, comfortable, well stocked on a regular basis and very clean.

Can't recommend Yiannis enough. Really great place to stay.

Unbelievable balcony view of the sea, great all-around accommodation with super friendly hosts that made us feel at home. Would return no doubt, the hosts really did care about our enjoyment of our stay.
