The location is just in the heart of the city center. Restaurants and Parks, bazaars all are in walkable distance. Especially the host is so friendly and jovial.
I love the location. It’s in the center of the city, walking distance to Colchis Fountain. It worth staying. Affordable and huge apartment for a family or group of friends

The best location in Kutaisi. Very nice owners. The house is spacious, lighted and nice with 3 large bedrooms and high ceilings. Everything was clean.
We liked our huge room and the sunny kitchen. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes and cooking and eating utensils. The shower was great. The whole apartment was spic and span and well cared for. The location was superb.
