Location in the Colonial zone was excellent. Lovely family.

Very good location, we felt very safe at Colonial Zone during the day, is full of police. Staff was very good too and the room was good as well

Great location, surprisingly large room, kind and attentive owners, cute place with a full size fridge, coffee maker, great A/C and Wifi, clean as a whistle! As you can imagine, it is a budget place, so if you are expecting a lot of frills for the price, it might not be for you. I personally would rather not pay for fancy art in a lobby, don't need a concierge (though they were available to answer any questions I had) and though it wasn't fancy per se, I found it absolutely charming... Extremely good value for the price... These are the kind of folks that should be supported and appreciated! I would book back with them without ANY hesitation!

I only stayed for a few hours but if I have the opportunity to come back I would for sure book this place to stay longer.

Very spacious with a comfortable king bed, refrigerator, couch table and chairs. Strong A/C, everything felt new and clean. The Staff is very friendly and helpful.
