Quality of service and helpful staff at all levels; room location and view; gym workout area - superb equipment;outstanding beach;food variety,quality and quantity unusually good; excellent security and safe feeling.
We are seniors and appreciate reasonable quiet. The smaller adjacent resort entertainment, especially on weekends was filled with mind-numbing bass music. While TV was not too important except for news, our TV did not work or was 'snowy' and unclear. Maintenance tried to fix, including replacing the TV but in the end said there was nothing they could do.
