Everything was super clean and the staff was working 24/7 to keep the place tidy.
Great service and support in the reception. When at both the pool and in the restaurants waiters always came asking us if we needed anything from the bar.
At the pool, when everything was filled up, they came and asked us if they should find us some sun-loungers.
Food was great but variation could be added. Of course you had several "a la carte" restaurants at the resort, but our kids don't "fancy" anything unknown, so we were stuck with the main restaurants.
The food is by no means bad, but it's only has 5-10% variation. Was hoping they would have more Egyptian food as well as more variation in their fruit, e.g. watermelon.

The only minus - Butter always frozen for breakfast :)

No issues - room being cleaned each day ( still think hotel could get more females staff )

The new rooms are excellent, compared to the outdated ones. Food is good, the resort in general is excellent.
Wifi is slow, receptionist are pretty much useless. Some are helpful, some don’t want to help/ lack empathy.

Заранее списывалась с менеджером отеля относительно раннего заселения(самолет прилетал в 2 часа ночи) менеджер предложила вариант раннего заселения с 7и утра за доплату 40 евро, но по приезду в отель (в3:00) нам предложили лишь вариант доплаты 190 евро и прямо сейчас , либо ждать до 10 утра и бесплатно…на что мы в принципе уже были согласны, поскольку вымотались . Вот это наверное единственный нюанс, который немного подпортил впечатление, хотелось бы большей согласованности в ответах в официальной почте и на месте (дешевле было бы в момент бронирования оплатить лишние сутки 😆) в остальном отель достойный, все плюсы перечисленные ниже - правда. Море далеко, но в это время и не особо туда тянуло)))
