The Abratel is staffed by kind, wonderful people who want to make sure you have a comfortable stay. Alon, Beni and Yuri each took great care of us. They also helped us change to a better room. Tasty breakfast; fresh fruit and coffee machine available all the time. Fantastic location right by the beach, and so close to shuk ha-carmel, nahalat binyamin, neve tzedek, and yaffo, as well as allenby, bugrashov and dizengoff streets. Loved having access to the free hotel parking lot (when space available). A perfect choice if you are not seeking the "big hotel" experience!
