Very nice and comfortable place!
And rather ose to the start/finish of the Tel Aviv marathon, exactly what I was looking for!
We attendent a concert in Ha Yarkon Psrk. The property was about 20 minutes easy walk, safe neighbourhood even on walk back. Room had al necessities plenti of outside space. Confortable bed. Everything we needed. Did not use TV so no idea if good or not.
the place is very pleasant and I had a wonderful rest there
This is an old villa in a safe, quiet neighborhood and there are rooms rented out individually. The shared spaces are clean and spacious, you can find everything you need to cook. There is a washing and drying machine, and a nice roof top too. Owner really helpful and kind. Public transportation to city center takes about half an hour.
The location and accessibility to mall, bus and railway station. Comfy and quiet environment. Arik is very responsive in every queries.
