This hotel really exceeded all I knew in terms of Customer Focus! It was amazing to see literally every single employee, on a sample of 10+ people, trying everything they could to make my stay as good as possible. Specially Basharat (ready to manage a 5-stars hotel chain in my opinion, very professional and effective), Samir (the kindest waiter there could be), Imran (efficient and customer oriented) and Atiqur, the General Manager who carefully organized everything and went beyond the extra mile to support. Besides the rooms were spacious, the gym is very well equipped and the pool is an oasis after a long day on the cold and dry weather.
Room.size and thanks to the housekeeping staff ishrat and Junaid for keeping the rooms clean.
The reception staff were exceptional. They took care of all our needs and we were lucky enough to be given an upgraded room. Additionally they set up a bunch of sight-seeing plans for us and the restaurant food was perfect as well.
Excellent humble staff, helpful in every possible manner. We were not able to enjoy the hotel facilities like indoor heated pool, steam, sauna, gym but we visited and seemed very good. Well managed while handling the check-in and checkout process. Room was quite big with all the required amenities. Wi-Fi was working at fine speed. Best part of the hotel is its staff. The way they oblige make us feel very comfortable, safe and relaxed.
Liked the vibe, cleanliness and helpful nature of the staff.
