Coastal Grand Space 4 Resorts in Ooty is the best resort with utmost hospitality I have gone so far all through my trips. The location is too good for taking time-off. It looked like a valley with natural scenes to watch out from the (S2) suite room we took. The breakfast & dinner part of my package were tasty & healthy. Hospitality by the hotel staffs Mr. Srikanth Iyer, Mr. Kuttan, Mr. Gopinath, trainee staffs Shanmugam, Mani were fantastic. I don't know the remaining staff's names but I would say everyone were equally good. My car had problems while going and had to reach the hotel very late in the night, upon arrival, hotel kitchen team were able to serve us hot tasty food. That stamps their hospitality. Just before leaving from the hotel after the time spent, my car again had tyre issues, the hotel staff Mr. Kuttan and his team helped in getting the puncture fixed and made my return travel back home peaceful. Overall the stay with the resort is memorable.
