overall stay was fine. we loved the staff. they even agreed to keep our luggage way before our check in time.

Excellent service and culture in the property. Everyone was so polite and genuinely eager to help. If you even just make eye contact with someone, they'd approach and ask if they can be of any assistance. A very nice feeling. The room size is very good too.

Staff!!! Breakfast!!! The security!! The amenities!

I recently stayed at the Courtyard Marriott Downtown Gurgaon and had a wonderful experience. The hotel's location is excellent, just 5 minutes away from the malls, making it convenient for shopping and entertainment. The security measures in place are great, giving a sense of safety and comfort. The staff at the hotel are super friendly and helpful. There was an instance where I accidentally blew a fuse using my US blow dryer, and they immediately came to my aid and fixed it. It made me proud to showcase Indian hospitality to my American boyfriend, especially since US hospitality has been declining. The breakfast buffet is absolutely to die for, offering a vast variety of delicious options. I was relieved to be done with my stay, or I might have gained a few pounds from indulging in all the amazing food.

Very clean and quiet business hotel from Mariott. Nice large room. Great bathroom as per Euro standards. Dinner included in my rate was truly brilliant with some 20+ main courses, salads and desserts. My coat and short Ironing worth Euro 10 was included. The restaurant allowed me to stay almost till midnight. The restaurant staff is brilliant too. I have lived in Europe for a decade so I would rate this place as a great business hotel. Doesn't have more restaurants within but still a great place
