The rooms were good. Ideal location. Most importantly the staff were extremely courteous. I have to call out two names. Ishfaq from the restaurant was extremely cordial and willing to go the extra mile for the comfort of the guests. I had an issue with our air ticket which meant I had to speak to the airline customer care number. My mobile though post paid wouldn’t work, neither would the call get connected from the landline of the hotel. Rayees from the front office offered his personal mobile to make the call - what I’d call customer delight. Not being able to make that call would mean cancelling one leg of our travel. A big thank you to Rayees.
