Hotel The Royal Krishna, Катра, Индия

I recently booked a stay at Hotel Royal Krishna in Katra for my parents during their Vaishno Devi trip, and we were extremely pleased with the overall experience. The staff at the hotel were very courteous and helpful. My parents aren't very tech-savvy and had trouble connecting to the WiFi, which initially prevented us from communicating via WhatsApp. However, when I called the front desk, the staff went above and beyond by going to my parents' room, connecting their WiFi, and ensuring they could make a WhatsApp call. I truly appreciated their efforts! The hotel's location is another major highlight. Situated very close to the main market, it offered easy access to shops, and restaurants, and other amenities. This proximity allowed my parents to explore the area comfortably. Additionally they provided the pickup and drop off to the Helipad. Thank you very much to Hotel Royal Krishna, for sure, I will stay with you again in future!
