The rooms were spacious and well maintained. Although the towels had some stains on them, the bedding was fairly well maintained and the room was cleaned everyday. I had a few problems with the room they had initially given me but the room was promptly changed. The staff- especially Kunal was very professional and helpful.Best part about the property was the staff and it's location, just two minutes walking from the metro station and yet in an inner street.

The rooms are well designed with plenty of moving space, which is how I like it. In general, the facility is clean. The staff are responsive but never intrude or impose. And they make you feel welcome at all times. They do accommodate special requests such as extra hand towels or hair dryer or bath bucket and mug etc. Most importantly, if you request a room with view beforehand, you get a lovely road-facing view which helps a great deal (especially if you are claustrophic). Special mention - Kunal is a lovely host and I have always enjoyed interacting with him while at the property. He is softspoken and at the same time, very responsive and gets things done. He can also be quite assertive when needed - definitely an asset.

Very much comfort and full of leisure top notch service and accommodation, special thanks to Kunal and Juri for their welcoming gesture and giving superior service to us throughout our stay, will be back soon.

Great location, very neat and clean. Modern decor and staff all very helpful and polite. We were so happy with our stay we rebooked for later in our trip. Great little dosa cafe downstairs next door.
