The employee were friendly, the room was very clean and everything in the room worked properly. I felt the food was a little pricey for what was served at the cafe. We chose to drive to valley view for our remaining meals. Everything went smoothly at the front desk but when we approached the elevator, things went downhill. The employee checking room #'s and keys had a hard time finding us on the print out sheet he had. He kept asking our name and room # to the point I was getting disgusted. I finally said, "my leg is hurting and I'm going up to the room", and proceeded to take the elevator to our room. Upon using the restroom in our room, there was no soap at the sink. Instead, there was a little bottle of body wash and lotion. Also, one of the washcloths had a huge hole in it, which should have been obvious to housekeeping.

The room was awesome. Very big. Great bed. The room has everything you want. The restaurant downstairs has the best burger I’ve ever had ! No vending machines

Did not have rooms ready until 2 hours after check in.
