I believe this is one of the few 5 star resorts in North Goa that faces the beach. This is probably the reason why it attracts a lot of crowds. The property is large and well spaced. They have 2 pools - family pool and adult only pool. I visited during the monsoons so everything was green and we got to see a lot of fauna. I enjoyed my stay.
The location of the property access to the clean private beach is the best feature.
Great property with amazing hospitality. The location is very good. The staff is humble and replies promptly. The reception staff was very quick with their proceedings. Rupal had prepared the room and did an impeccable job.
Breakfast was a good combination of different cuisines. Attention to detail in preparation of dishes. Beautiful ambience even though it was raining. Staff are attentive and forthcoming. Remember you by name which is excellent, always polite and make every effort to check on your comfort.
Awesome job done by Shraddha from Reception who was always on point. Chef Kshitij went the extra mile to arrange a tasty cake for a celebration and checked on our satisfaction of the culinary journey. The team of staff ranging from Reception, House Keeping, Restaurant, Room Service and not forgetting the Buggy drivers are very polite and perfect examples of customer service. Kudos, keep it up.
