The Fragrance Hotel is a relatively new hotel in Kara. Like other hotels in this area, they mainly serve the yatris visiting Vaishno Devi. The hotel is very clean, and the rooms have basic amenities like electric kettle, hot showers, and bottled water. There is a restaurant attached which is very convenient The front desk staff was helpful and accommodating with any requests, and when we returned very late, tired and hungry from our trek, they went out of their way to arrange food and tea for us. The manager, Mr. Mohit was also very helpful and did his best to help us when our flight was canceled. We would definitely recommend the Fragrance Hotel for anyone looking for good service and a clean room at an affordable price.

Very polite and courteous staff. Special mention for Mr. Vijay Ji who was extremely cooperative and helpful in guiding us in our local visits. New property and very comfortable place to stay. Very near to railway station
