Location.Room facilities.I have come to your Hotel several times,I had a good experience.
Hotel staff hospitality is very good especially by Mr.Hakim sk. Hakim was very kind he guided us very well.
Restaurant manager sanjey is very good and helping
The staff at the restaurant were extremely helpful they went out of their way to make sure guests were well cared for and the experience excellent. The chef was personally making sure each guest was satisfied with their meal. The restaurant manager Mr Sujit was one of the best I have seen at any of the Taj properties, he clearly enjoyed what he did and motivated the staff to follow their leader. The head chef made an experience of the local cuisine and shared recipes of my favourite on the menu.
Raju at the front office was excellent- helping me with all my requirements.
