Room : was too cold.
Breakfast : good except some of kuehs are too sweet and sunnyside eggs chef needs to learn how to cook the eggs properly.
Location : good and convenient.
New staff Ayumi was very helpful. All staffs were very friendly as usual. Rooms were clean.
The bed was comfortable and room was spacious. Staff were very friendly. would like to mention Billy and Azul who was very professional and friendly !!
the hotel was very well maintained and actually looks like the picture! very clean and the staff were super nice too!! very fast and efficient service as well! the food was super good too and location is very convenient. SUPER BIG toil4t and super clean love it!! definitely good value got money
The room was relatively spacious. The bed and pillows were very good, soft but firm. The property deosnt have balcony in the rooms, but wasnt an issue as the view was good.
we asked for a high floor room in the middle to avoid sounds of road vehicles and got it.
The TV channels were reasonably diversified with some good English and local options.
The staff were very friendly with a big smile always and ready to help with our requests.
The food was a reasonable spread, though not much choices in meat. Dessert was good, but was exactly the same on the 3 days that we stayed. Loved the brown bread and they have an ice cream machine as well.
Getting a Gojeck cab was alwyas easy as a breeze.
