Location is fantastic cos on the left, it's a short walk away from thamrin city where all the food courts are, and on the right hand side, it's where Nagoya shopping mall is and there is a whole stretch of shops like lim kok tong, massage parlours, al habaib, the lapis shops, everything is there. the other areas like 168 food court, warkop, cafes are a short walk from the hotel's main road which you can easily see from by grab. Easy to grab food here and get grab also. There's another grab pick up point near thamrin also. Very quiet area and easy to get to places from here cos it's only 10mins from harbourbay and about 20mins to batam centre, 25min to one batam mall.
The hotel itself is nice and spacious and the staff are very nice, one of them tried to arrange for us to check in by 1.30pm which was really nice of her. There is a smart TV and slippers provided, so that's great.
Location is good with nagoya hill shopping centre... Breakfast is excellent ! Great value .
Breakfast is always great. Rooms are spacious. Location super near Nagoya hill mall. Not my first and not my second either. Always book for this hotel if I'm coming to Batam. Staff friendly

Everything. Beautiful hotel, courteous and friendly staff, great breakfast and spacious room. Very clean hotel. Would love to come back here again. Easy to go Nagoya shopping mall and spas in and around hotel area. Many carpark space if you were to drive there. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby.
