Расположен удобно, спору нет, но очень большая влажность, номера сделаны так что вентиляция прямо на улице. Пожалуй все плюсы))
Дороговато, потому что есть варианты дешевле, а тут прям ничего особенного! Это самый такой минус. В целом пойдет, но вот влажность очень сильно негативит(( не смогли вещи на ночь просушить после дождя!
