The staff was so sweet and very helpful. The bedding was pretty comfortable. The room was clean and we had enough space for two. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is exceptional as we were pretty close to the Petra site (~5 min walk).
We were upgraded from the Petra Icon Hotel to the Petra Moon Hotel before we arrived, so this review is about Petra Moon Hotel.
Petra Moon Hotel is a nice hotel, just 100 meters from the front entrance to Petra.
Breakfast and dinner have a wide selection of foods, so even picky eaters should be able to eat well. Breakfast even has made-to-order omelettes. And, we stayed there two nights...one of those nights, dinner was on the rooftop terrace, so you could see the city in the evening and at night. It was great!
Our room was spacious and clean.

This hotel was very nice, and we enjoyed out time there while hiking Petra. It is close to the entrance of Petra, and made it easy for early morning and late nights if we wanted. The staff was attentive and helpful.
Clean and tidy hotel a very short distance from the Petra Visitor Centre, Museum, and Little Petra shuttle bus park. Comfortable room and very large bed. The breakfast buffet was varied and of good quality. A paid for lunch bag was provided for the day in Petra which was of generous size.
