Location very close to Hadrat Imam Husain, cleanness, very welcoming reception staff, excellent breakfast with varieties, aldiywaniyah at the reception for serving free tea, iraqi hot lemonade, etc. Special thanks to all the staff at the reception and all the staff at the restaurant , they are all doing a great job, especially Mr Rabe’a.

This is a great hotel for the price, service, food, and location, which is walking distance from the Haram. The rooms are large, comfortable beds, and tea available 24/7 in each floor. The staff were very nice and friendly, and they were accommodating to our needs. The breakfast buffet included many options, including omelets bar. I highly recommend this hotel.

Clean , hotel staff are friendly and helpful, excellent location. The Hotel management upgraded the room to suit as a welcoming for the first visit and offered me lunch and dinner also as complimentary.
