The location was perfect to be able to walk everywhere we wanted to go and right up from the main entertainment road and close to many attractions. The temperature of the water and shower pressure was also super great.
Everything was clean and the furnishings worked well. We enjoyed having a meeting place near the front entrance.
Fantastic location in the old part of Reykjavik just a block from the main downtown shopping and entertainment area. It is within easy walking distance to most of the main attractions in Reykjavik - 15 minutes to Lava Show in one direction and 20 minutes to Hallgrimskirkja in the other.
Even with some of the shortcomings of the unit (see below) I would still recommend this as a place to stay as it is so conveniently located. Owners have said they are making improvements.
The rooms were very comfortable
I stayed as a single then we stayed as a couple. Bothe were excellent .
Awesome location, plenty of parking nearby, easy access, no hassles at all, decently equipped kitchen.
